The LEYBOLD TRIVAC D8B vacuum pumps are oil lubricated vacuum pumps. Each Leybold D8B pump 11256 can be wire wired for low 230V 50/60 Hz, or High 400V 50/60Hz Voltage 3-Phase.

The Leybold D 8 B is a well know pump with excelent reputation for vapor handling capability. The Leybold D8B pump has two vacuum stages with low vacuum and high vacuum which provided excelent ultimate vacuum pressure at < 2.0×10-3 mbar or <1.5×10-3 Torr. The Leybold D8B is perfectly suitable for many laboratory and research applications such as turbo pump backing pumps, diffusion pump backing pump, vacuum ovens, vacuum pumps for mass spectrometers, vacuum research laboratories, research projects. This Leybold D 8B pump is prepared for Hydrocarbon oil service, best vacuum pump oil to be used is Leybonol LVO 100 / PN16787, D8 oil requirement 0.3 L min, 0.9 L max. The TRIVAC D8 Pump has grate water vapor capacity of 157 g/h.

Leybold D 8 B pumps are also very quiet with nise level of 50 db(A) without gass ballast, and 52 db(A) with gass ballast open. Both Inlet and Exhaust ports are DN 16 ISO-KF. The gas ballast valve is opened with position 1 and closed with position 0.
